ZhongyunTech unique NPM Technology and PBM Technology can produce perfect in-line double-layer socket whose two layers are stick together closely.

Mould blocks are continuously cooled with pressure water cooling system to achieve higher cooling efficiency and production speed. The maximum speed is 17.5m/min.

2.Experience&Innovation

(1)The 1st high-speed corrugated pipe machine with pressure water cooling system in China was developed by ZhongyunTech in 2009.

(2)The first company in China successfully launched a corrugator with mould block parking station.

(3)Cover OD16mm-OD2400mm.

(4)The 1st production line that can produce OD1800mm double wall corrugated pipes in China is manufactured by ZhongyunTech in 2017.
