Accurate high speed operation
At a stroke rate up to 360 strokes per minute results in high resolution feed, eliminating the slug-feed effects. The accuracy is within ± 2 %, linearity is within ± 3 % and stroke stability is within ± 1 %.

Pumps of the ES series are small, quiet and light. Thus they are ideal for machinery incorporation. Loss of pressure is avoided by the tight double ball valve units. PTFE coated EPDM is molded onto a solid core and builts the long lasting diaphragm. A retainer plate is provided to minimize flow rate and pressure changes.
