PACLINE Model S-310 and S-320, are basically the most versatile power and free conveyors. It features a compact design and ability to carry loads in ‘slot down’ or ‘slot up’ orientations. The S-320 Power and Free conveyor is very similar to the S-310, utilizing the same power chain but with twice the free trolley capacity.
They are used in many applications like paint lines, overhead storage of products, assembly lines etc. The unit houses several features like bolted track design, modular track component, free trolleys with flippers, simple drive dog design, minimal contact with drive dogs ensuring quieter operation, combination of wheelturn/ takeup drive etc.
The unit accommodates key features like 24″ radius vertical / horizontal curves and a low profile track section. The combination free trolleys allow 7″ accumulating and houses a single merge/diverge combination switch is only 30″ long. The load capacity ranges between 220 lb to 440 lb can be supported by a two trolley/load bar arrangement. Alternatively a maximum load capacity of 880 lb can be supported from a four trolley/load bar arrangement.
