Every model and type includes a patented guiding system including precision low friction bearings. The slats run free from supports so theres only rolling friction. No lubrication is needed that results in a low noise level and clean transport. All of this makes it possible to design the Spiral Conveyor with only one motor. This saves a lot of energy and low maintenance is required.
