The CAN-CBX-Pt100 CANopen® Module from esd electronics is used for high resolution temperature measurement, and features 4 temperature sensor (RTD) inputs, 2 or 4-wire connections, measurement of resistance, resolution of resistor inputs between 0.1 °C and 0.0001 °C, CANopen profiles conformant to CiA 301 an CiA 404 specifications, electrically isolated inputs (again the microcontroller and each other), InRailBus technology, DIN-EN carrier rail mounting (TS 35), adjustable sample rates between 2.5 and 1,000 SPS. It can use Pt100, Pt200, Pt500 and Pt1000 sensors. The linearization is done according to NIST by an on-board microcontroller. The offset and gain can be individually adjusted by the user, if needed. These modules are highly robust, and guarantee a stable and reliable operation.
