Cable winder

If the optimum fleet angle between 0.25° and 1.5° is not possible, a Lebus fleet angle compensator or a LEBUS diamond screw level-winder will be installed. This helps in guiding the cable along the drum and between flanges. The Lebus diamond screw level-winder along with the Lebus parallel grooving present on the winch drum will be able to give an added advantage. This would be of the level-winder being compatible with the drum grooving. It can be adjusted for a specific rope diameter. The gear ratio will then be fixed by a sprocket-chain connection in order to give the correct ratio between the coils of rope on drum to the pitches present on the lead screw. What is guaranteed as a result, is perfectly controlled spooling.
