The REHOBOT wire pull tensioner is used within the mining and tunneling industry to lock tensioning equipment for steel wire rock reinforcement.

The wire pull tensioner has a maximum pull force of 20 kN (2 ton), but can upon request be restricted to deliver less force. Due to the low weight and easy handling the tools become suitable for mining and tunneling environments.

The tool is delivered with a clamping grip for steel wire ranging from 15 mm to 17 mm diameter. In addition, a backplate adapter designed for use with the widely used industry standard, 15.2 mm wire, wire lock and corresponding face plate. The wire pull tensioner is equipped with an ASE10 swivel coupling. If a quick coupling is desired it has to be ordered separately.

The wire pull tensioner can easily be adapted to similar applications and modified to meet customer specific requirements.
