Bulk butter case packer

Semi-automatic and fully automatic butter bulk packers for carton sizes from approximately 11 lbs. up to 65 lbs. (5 kg up to 30 kg).
The bulk packers can be used for packaging of butter, anhydrous milk fat (AMF), vegetable fat products, spreads, cream cheese, etc. The design of the machine is compact, thus reducing the necessary floor space, but still with focus on easy maintenance and daily operation.

The machine is delivered with an integrated carton former, tara weight, liner cutting and folding around filling head and fine dosing system for weight accuracy. The bulk packer is air operated thus avoiding the use of electrical motors on the machine. The butter bulk packers can be delivered with capacities up to approximately 12,000 kg/hour depending on carton size.
