Manufactured by SAPORITI srl, the Plus 400 is a type of bar threading machine. The equipment is used for screws with 8000mm length and 240mm diameter. The machine consist of ISO 50 or HSK 100 spindle for rapid face cutter change. It also have a 12-position tool changer. The maximum speed of the spindle is 5000rpm. The cutter motor ranges from 22kW. The machine is equipped with cutters consisting of internal cooling system and a steady rest position control.
The operator can easily program complicated screws and twin screws for mixers or pitches using a special software.
