These are Angular contact ball bearing manufactured by Boca Bearing Company which is designed with an angle between its races and balls when bearing is in an operation. For its axial load, it passes through a straight line of the bearing. On the other hand, its radial load requires an oblique path. With these features, it makes the angle contact on the inner race is just the dame with its outer race. This tool is commonly used in an assembled unit having a thrust load and preload. In a preload assembly, it creates a contact within the inner race, ball and outer race. Preloading is done upon creation of the bearings when it is inserted in a machine or a specific operation.
