Zehn is the innovative single-table automatic inspection machine, progenitor of the new generation of artificial vision systems by Doss Visual Solution. Suitable for the control of a wide range of items for different industrial sectors: automotive, precision mechanics, pharmaceutical/medical sector, aerospace, house , oil and gas and fashion.
The use of a special anti-reflection technical glass allows to acquire high quality and distortion-free images of both surfaces of the piece (top and bottom). The multiple image acquisition tool (Multishot) allows you to inspect the piece in three different light conditions for maximum precision in identifying defects. The Deep Learning algorithms that the software is equipped with can be trained to memorize the type of defect and recognize it automatically.
Zehn is a fully automated system. The interchangeable lens system combines the sharpness of fixed field optics and the flexibility of multiple fields of view.
The motorized lifting system of all stations allows the table to be cleaned/replaced in few minutes. Another innovation introduced by Zehn is remote control: thanks to an integrated webcam and an industrial tablet, the operator can oversee the status of the machine and change the parameters remotely from anywhere.
