Nima-Erre MTL-200 machine for filling and closing tubes is a unique, compact linear machine. It is characterized by high performance and easy to access from all sides for easy operator control.
Its frames and panels are of stainless steel. It has an innovative tube feed system which ensures the tubes’ integrity, and a linear tube transfer option comes in two rows. Another most important feature of this machine is its ability to be equipped with a double head unit. This allows for closing or sealing polyethylene, laminate and aluminum tubes without making any changes to the machine.
The MTL-200 is ideal for use in sterile rooms and absolutely reliable over a long period of time. The maximum production capacity is 200 pcs a minute (160 pcs per minute minimum).
The tubes are fed and ejected from the machine horizontally. Its precision while sealing tubes and the ease of cleaning and changing the tube size are other big advantages.
