ROLL FORMING SYSTEM for METAL SCAFFOLDING PLANK PRODUCTION

To be able to manufacture with maximum working speed and minimum coefficient of error, we use Roll Forming for our Metal Scaffolding Plank Production Lines.

The number of Stations and the diameter of Rollers are changing, based on required working dimension.

PROFILE for METAL SCAFFOLDING PLANK PRODUCTION

In standards, the Width of the Plank Profile varies from 320 to 640 mm . We are able to provide all kinds of dimension for the Length with our Fully Automated Scaffolding Production Lines.

The Production Capacity and the Speed can be obtained depends on the Customer’s Requirement.

MATERIAL USED with SCAFFOLDING PRODUCTION LINE
Steel Scaffolding materials are Galvanized, Cold Rolled, Hot Rolled,Stainless Steels and Aluminum. Cold Rolled and Hot Rolled materials are coated either by hot dipped galvanization, electro galvanizationd or electrostatic (powder) paint coating for water resistance.
