Ethernet switches series ENS
PLUTON developed a family of Ethernet switches series ENS-100 and ENS-200 for application in projects on traction substations automation. PLUTON switches are based on the open network standards and protocols, and are characterized by high reliability and ergonomics. Devices series ENS-200 are powerful controlled Ethernet switches of the second level of OSI network model (open systems interconnection basis reference model).
Interfaces:
•RJ45 ports: 10/100BaseT(X) — autonegotiation speed;
•connection modes: full/half-duplex, auto MDI/MDI-X.
Capabilities:
•IGMP v1/v2 snooping (IPv4) — support of multicast filtering;
•Micrel LinkMD — cable diagnostics capability.
Benefits:
•support of 802.1D Spanning Tree (STP) and 802.1w Rapid spanning Tree (RSTP) redundancy technologies, that increase reliability and availability of industrial Ethernet networks;
•switch setting and administration via Web interface and Modbus TCP/IP industrial protocol for flexibility and fast switch integration into industrial network;
•switches series ENS-100, 200 can be applied for operation in a wide temperature range. That allows applying switches in any severe industrial environmental conditions.
