Yaskawa’s Bestact high capacity 3 and 5 amp reed relays (RI & RZDR- series) comes with industry DIP standard mounting format. The relays can successfully work in hazardous locations and corrosive environments and are classified according to UL/cUL standards for gaseous Class I, Division 2. They are known to considerably reduce both downtime and maintenance costs. The relays also function as pilot relay with inductive switch ratings of 360VA (AC), with horse power rating 0.5 HP and 69VA (DC) with horsepower rating, 1/8 HP. To keep the contact resistance low and stable in low-level loads the relays exhibit a wiping action. Both two-pole and four-pole configurations with normally closed contacts are also available.
