9F-Class GAS TURBINE HRSG
9F-Class combustion turbine is the largest gas turbine in the world in terms of single unit capacity. HBG has mature design and manufacture experience. By the year 2001, HBG actively participated nation wide west-East natural gas transmission project. HBG started to investigate and communicate with major HRSG suppliers e.g., Nooter/Eriksen, Vogt, ABB-Alstom, Mitsubishi, CMI, NEM, Doosan, etc. to discuss about technology import. Finally HBG selected Nooter/Eriksen’s technology which represents the mainstream and also occupies the largest market share. HBG is now one of the licensees of Nooter/Eriksen. By the end of 2002, China government launched a binding bid comprising 8 projects, including 19 sets of 9F class HRSG. In this bid, HBG successfully represent its capability and wined 6 projects, including 16 sets of HRSG. Till August 2008, HBG already sold 28 sets of 9F class HRSG and occupies 50.9% market share in China. HBG also wined the Beijing Olympic CCPP project to supply 2 sets of 9F HRSG.
The first domestic 9F gas-steam CCPP Zhang Jiagang Huaxing Electric Company Unit #1 (GE gas turbine) was synchronized to the grid in June 2005. Subsequently Zhejiang Banshan 3×9F (GE gas turbine), Jiangshu Wangting 2×9F (GE gas turbine), Zhang Jiagang Unit #2 (GE turbine), Guangdong Huizhou 3×9F (Mitsubishi gas turbine), Shenzhen Qianwan 3×9F (Mitsubishi gas turbine), Shenzhen Eastern 3×9F (Mitsubishi gas turbine), An Steel 1×9F synchronized to grid, Zhejiang Xiaoshan Unit #2(Siemens gas turbine),Beijing Taiyang Gong (Olympic Games matching project) unit#2 (GE gas turbine) synchronized to grid .
