The Texense INF(V/T) 1000-1200°C IR brake temperature sensor allows contact free brake temperature measurement, typically used on disc brakes. Thanks to its reduced dimensions, sophisticated electronics and two casing options (M12 or Bloc T) the IR brake temperature sensor is simple to install. The 1000°C and 1200°C IR brake temperature sensors both have non-linear output signals. We recommend to our customers that they clean the infra-red sensor lenses with alcohol every day, this is particularly important for measurements carried out on carbon disk brakes. A new version with a 90° wire output is now available, the INFTS-V90 IR brake temperature sensor.
