Active Compliance Force Device
The PushCorp AFD1100 Series Force Device is a more powerful and rugged tool then the AFD1000. This unit was developed in response to customer’s needs for increased force capacity and carriage stroke.

The AFD1100 Series is available in two configurations: AFD1100-1 Vertical and the AFD1100-2 Horizontal. The units are functionally identical, but differ in the orientation with which they attach to the robot, either vertically or horizontally. This allows you to optimize robot reach and dexterity for your particular application.

The AFD1100 Series coupled with the FCU1000 Controller us patented force control technology to provide incredibly accurate performance. This superior performance benefits you by immediately providing greater processing throughput with more consistent, higher quality results.
