The DEA310 batch-deaerator can be applied as a standalone system or prior to the heat treatment of your product. The benefits of deaeration include reduced oxidation and improved product shelf life. As such, a deaerator system can serve as an essential part of your process, optimizing product conditions by removing dissolved air and gas.
OMVE’s DEA310 comes with the option of three different deaeration methods: static disc, rotary disc or spray nozzle. The choice of either single or multiple passes allows you to achieve a concentration level of 0.5ppm or less. The aroma in the vapors is regained by the aroma regenerator/condenser, preventing unwanted increases in concentration or potential loss of aroma.
The tanks are available with a capacity of either 10L, 20L or 50L.
