Workpiece materials handling system

The Loader or Unloader Handlers, manufactured by Italplant®, is a gantry with 4 axis arm loading manipulator, that unloads the worked pieces and load rough one using it’s two grippers. It is outfitted with an electrical and pneumatic system that has a 3 seconds piece loading time. It is composed with a three orthogonal friction rollers conveyors that feeds one pieces of selectors in pickup position. In addition, it has stokes with four manipulated axis such as a 150mm servomotor in axis y, 800mm servomotor in axis z with an axis alpha indexer of 0° – 180° and an axis beta of 0° – 90° – 180° indexer. Plus, a 30kg net payload without grippers.
