Filter disc1008 – 2047

The filters sintered bronze resisted to oxidation and are used in many application, especially in the field of hydraulic and in pneumatics. Little changes to temperature variations, high coefficient of permeability, easy to clean, good mechanical strength are the main features that have made significant development in the use of this material.

Composition: 89% copper 11% tin

Density: from 4,5 to 5,5 gr/Cm3

Porosity: from 30% to 40%

Tensile strength: from 3 to 5 Kg/mm2

Elongation: from 2 % to 3 %

Threshold filtration: from 5µ to 120µ

Temperature of use:
up 200°C in oxidative environment
up 450°C in reducing environment

Tolerances of execution: + – 3%
