By securing it to the BS work surface, it is possible to have the buttering device in place at all times: with the right modifications, it can be adapted to different types of belts. It is possible to butter bread of dimensions up to 150×150 with adjustable height. Production is 90 pc/min. in one row or 180 pc/min in two rows. The speed is regulated automatically, in proportion to the conveyor belt. Sanitising occurs at speed without the use of keys.
