The crossflow filtering plant model CF is the result of the experience of Enoveneta in the membrane separation processes. The new crossflow filter is suitable for must, still wine, sparkling wine and wine with turbidity up to 1000 NTU (up to 2000 NTU with option prefilter) with a total maximum pressure of 8 bar (Isobaric line pressure + plant pumps pressure).
The Enoveneta crossflow filter CF is available in 8 modular models, so as to ensure compactedness and ease of handling even in small places.
The rated capacity varies from 500 to 12.000 l/h.
The frame is in stainless steel, with swivel castors and brakes.
