FULLY AUTOMATED OFFLINE SOLUTIONS FOR ENAMELLING OF COMPLEX PARTS

Modern Off Line powder enamelling booths are used for middle range of production capacities. Booths are designed based on our family of orbital solutions, where loading and unloading of work pieces is done on the same position. This unique production line is designed for smart factories and Industry 4.0.

Enamel is applied through multiple electrostatic guns to evenly cover complete surface of the parts. Guns are positioned and secured on vertical manipulator while parts are rotating on the satellites. Powder Enamel Booth is equipped with complete filtration and recovery system. Enamel is collected on the fluid beds and pumped back to the hopper, so no enamel is wasted.
