Density monitoring deviceDensiCheck TX

The DensiCheck TX is used in monitoring liquid concentration and density in numerous types of applications. The device uses an established principle, wherein the sound velocity has a relation with its concentration. With the use of the fluid, the ultrasound pulses are transmitted and reflected to their source.

Using high-speed electronics, the transmission time is measured. The on-board microprocessor changes the variation to a signal which represents the liquid concentration. The temperature of the device is compensated by an integral sensor. Using an analogue or digital signal, the resulting value is transmitted to an appropriate display or host controller.
