The MVCH25 (Manifold Valve Gate) system is ideal for all applications which require high speed, sequential filling or highly cosmetic gates. Using hydraulic actuation the MVCH25 provides precise control of the gate timing and part fill. Due to its multiple gating options and lack of material traps it will operate with the most demanding materials.
Optioned to Suit Your Requirements
The MVCH25 incorporates MX and BX 16-27 Series nozzle ranges in sizes ranging from 45-225mm in length with a standard pitching of 58mm. Pin sizes supplied include 2.5, 3.0 and 5.0mm diameters with lengths adjusted to suit requirements.
